As the Managing Principal of Strategic Effective Development [SED] Solutions, I bring over 25 years of experience in executive and systemic leadership, organisational development, and executive, career and wellbeing coaching.
My work spans sectors, geographies, and leadership levels, with a focus on cultivating sustainable, high-impact outcomes for individuals and organisations.
As a strategic, perceptive, and grounded coach, I partner with executives navigating complexity, transitions, and performance challenges—enabling clarity, resilience, and momentum.
Beyond my professional experience, I bring perspective from a diverse life. I’m a long-time farmer, global traveller, trail rider, and ‘boaty’, as well as co-director of several SMEs and commercial ventures. My commitment to social impact is reflected in my philanthropic work supporting community resilience, leadership access, and peak performance.
These lived experiences shape how I coach—offering not only insight and challenge, but real-world perspective and deep connection. I bring a strong commitment to coaching mastery and excellence, grounded in evidence-based practice and reflected in internationally recognised credentials, including ICF-MCC and NBC-HWC.
